REGULATIONS ON THE PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES and other contributions by Ordinary Members of ZKS Warszawa Club
Members of ZKS Warszawa Club, in accordance with the Club’s Statute, are obliged to pay membership fees and other contributions to the Club as specified in these regulations.
§ 1.
Members of ZKS Warszawa Club are required to pay the basic membership fee in the amount determined by the Club’s Management Board.
§ 2.
All Ordinary Members of the Club are required to pay the fees resulting from membership in both the Club and the Masovian Sports Shooting Association (WMZSS), as well as the basic insurance fee.
MEMBERSHIP FEE AMOUNTS
§ 3.
The amount of membership fees:
1. Basic membership fee, determined by the Management Board – applicable to all Ordinary Members of the Club.
2. 50% of the basic membership fee – for persons over 65 years of age.
3. 25% of the basic membership fee – for members of the Competitive Shooting Section (pistol, rifle) and for minors.
§ 4.
1. The following persons are entitled to a 50% reduction of the basic membership fee:
1.1. Persons who, during the membership year preceding the fee period, participated in a minimum of 12 competitions organized by the Club, with participation in the ZKS Championship counted triple.
1.2. Members of the Club’s elected governing bodies.
2. Persons granted an exemption by a resolution of the Management Board in recognition of their outstanding social involvement and contribution to the activities of ZKS.
3. Membership fee reductions may not be combined with the reduction specified in § 3.
§ 5.
For persons over 65 years of age who have been members of the Club for more than 10 years, the membership fee shall amount to 10% of the basic membership fee.
§ 6.
The exemption applies only to Club membership fees and does not apply to WMZSS fees or insurance fees.
PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES
§ 7.
Club members are required to pay their membership fees by the end of January of the year to which the fees apply.
§ 8.
The Club membership fee may be paid in installments. Payment shall be made in two equal installments, with the first installment due by the end of January and the second no later than the end of June of the given year. Installment payments apply exclusively to the Club membership fee and do not include the insurance fee or the WMZSS fee, both of which must be paid in full by the end of January of the given year.
§ 9.
Failure to meet payment deadlines results in removal from the Club’s membership list. Reinstatement of membership requires the same procedure as for new applicants. In justified cases, the Management Board has the right to waive the prescribed procedure; however, such a person loses the right to any discounts they may have previously held.
FEES FOR NEW MEMBERS JOINING THE CLUB
§ 10.
1. An admission fee in the amount determined by the Management Board.
2. The basic membership fee, as well as the fees resulting from the Club’s membership in the Polish Shooting Sport Federation (PZSS) and the Warsaw Regional Shooting Sport Association (WOZSS), together with the basic insurance fee.
§ 11.
The amount of the first membership fee paid depends on the date of admission to the Club:
1. 100% of the basic membership fee – for persons admitted to the Club in the first quarter of the given year.
2. 75% of the basic membership fee – for persons admitted to the Club in the second quarter of the given year.
3. 50% of the basic membership fee – for persons admitted to the Club in the third quarter of the given year.
4. 25% of the basic membership fee – for persons admitted to the Club in the fourth quarter of the given year.
§ 12.
Newly admitted Club members shall undergo basic training in the handling of firearms, shooting range safety requirements, and shall complete mandatory supervised shooting sessions under the guidance of instructors.
The scope of the training and the applicable fees shall be determined by the Club’s Management Board.
§ 13.
These Regulations were adopted by the Club’s Management Board on 18 January 2016 and shall apply to Club members with respect to the payment of membership fees due from 2017 onwards.
