INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, the Association Związkowy Klub Strzelecki Warszawa in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as “ZKS Warsaw”, provides the following key information regarding the processing of your personal data.

What is the purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data by ZKS Warsaw?
We process personal data because it is necessary for the operation of our association, as well as for the following purposes:

1. sending notifications,

2. contacting individuals for the purpose of carrying out the activities of the association,

3. monitoring payment settlements,

4. conducting statistical analyses,

5. handling requests and inquiries,

6. storing data for archival purposes and for the purpose of demonstrating compliance by ZKS Warsaw with obligations arising from applicable law.

Do we process personal data automatically (including profiling) in a way that affects your rights?
Personal data collected by ZKS Warsaw will not be processed in an automated manner (including profiling) that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

How long do we store personal data?
Personal data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as well as to fulfil obligations arising from legal provisions, statistical requirements, and archival purposes.

What rights do data subjects have and how can they exercise them?
Right of access to data
The data subject has the right to obtain from ZKS Warsaw confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed by the association.

The data subject has the right to know the purpose of processing specific personal data, the categories of data being processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data have been disclosed (or may be disclosed) – in particular recipients in countries outside the European Economic Area or international organisations – as well as the planned period of data storage (where possible to determine) or the criteria used to define that period.

Right to rectification of data
The data subject has the right to request that ZKS Warsaw promptly correct inaccurate personal data concerning them or complete incomplete data.

Right to erasure of data
The data subject may request that ZKS Warsaw erase their personal data when:

· the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected,

· the data have not been processed in accordance with the GDPR or other applicable laws.

A person requesting the deletion of their data may submit a request through the communication channels used by ZKS Warsaw, specifying their demands. ZKS Warsaw will comply with such requests unless there are legally justified grounds for continuing the processing of the data.

Right to lodge a complaint

Any person whose personal data are processed by ZKS Warsaw has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych), located at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
