1. I want to learn how to shoot. Where should I start?
If you’ve found us, you’re already on the right track! To learn how to shoot, simply visit our shooting range. The first step is choosing the firearm you’d like to shoot. For beginners, we recommend 9 mm pistols (such as a Glock or Walther) or a .22 LR pistol, which is commonly used for sport shooting. Before your first shots, one of our instructors will explain the basic safety rules, firearm handling, and shooting techniques. Be sure to let your instructor know that it’s your first time at a shooting range. Your instructor will stay with you throughout the entire training session, providing guidance and helping you improve your shooting skills. One training session is just the beginning, but with each visit you’ll gain confidence and see your skills improve!
2. Do I need any special license or permit to shoot a firearm?
No! You do not need a firearms license, shooting license, permit, or any other special authorization to shoot at our shooting range under the supervision of our instructors.
3. What should I bring to the shooting range?
Please bring a valid photo ID, such as an identity card, driver’s license, passport, or student ID. Foreign visitors should bring their passport or another valid photo ID.
And, of course, don’t forget to bring a suitable method of payment. That’s all! We provide all the necessary shooting equipment, including hearing protection and safety glasses, free of charge. Just remember to arrive completely sober and in a good mood 😊
4. What does the training fee include?
At our shooting range, you only pay for the ammunition you use – there are no additional fees. The price of the ammunition includes: use of the shooting lane, firearm rental, instructor supervision, targets, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
A minimum number of rounds must be purchased for each type of ammunition. Depending on the caliber, this ranges from 5 to 50 rounds. The shooting lane fee applies only to visitors using their own firearms.
5. What types of firearms can I shoot at your range?
We offer a wide selection of firearms, ranging from sport shooting pistols (such as the Margolin) to popular
9 mm pistols, including Glock, Walther P99, CZ 75, Steyr M9, Glauberyt, Rak, P83, and Baikal PM. Our collection also includes .38 Special revolvers (such as Taurus and Smith & Wesson), as well as classic firearms like the Colt 1911, TT pistol, and Nagant revolver. If you prefer long guns, you can also shoot rifles such as the AK-47, M4, Mauser, Mosin, SKS, and Winchester, as well as pump-action and semi-automatic shotguns.
6. What should I wear to the shooting range?
Above all, wear comfortable clothing. There is no specific dress code, but we strongly recommend avoiding: high heels and low-cut tops.
This is because hot spent cartridge cases may be ejected during shooting and could fall inside your clothing, potentially causing burns or discomfort.
7. Do I need to make a reservation?
No! Reservation is not required. However, we recommend making a reservation, especially for groups of five or more people. This allows us to prepare the firearms, shooting lanes, and other equipment in advance. We also kindly ask that you arrive at least one hour before the shooting range closes.
8. Can minors shoot at the range?
Yes! Minors are welcome to shoot at our range, provided they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (or present a completed parental/guardian consent form – available as a PDF) and present a valid photo ID.
9. Can children shoot at the range?
Yes! Children are welcome to shoot at our range. We do not set a minimum age requirement. Whether a child is allowed to shoot is determined individually by the instructor, who will assess whether the child is able to safely handle the firearm. In most cases, children are ready to shoot between the ages of 11 and 13, although this is not a strict rule.
10. I’d like to give someone a shooting experience as a gift. Is that possible?
Yes! We offer shooting experience gift vouchers. To purchase a gift voucher in advance, please visit our shooting range during our office opening hours.
