{"id":7433,"date":"2026-05-03T21:59:54","date_gmt":"2026-05-03T19:59:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zks.waw.pl\/regulations-for-the-use-of-shooting-ranges\/"},"modified":"2026-05-03T21:59:55","modified_gmt":"2026-05-03T19:59:55","slug":"regulations-for-the-use-of-shooting-ranges","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/zks.waw.pl\/en\/regulations-for-the-use-of-shooting-ranges\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulations for the use of shooting ranges"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resolution of the Management Board No. 124 dated October 1, 2025.<br\/>The regulations are effective as of October 1, 2025.<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a71 The ZKS Warsaw shooting facility includes the following ranges:<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>25 m pavilion &#8211; two shooting ranges (A and B), each 25 meters long, with 5 shooting lanes each<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 m ranges &#8211; four shooting ranges (C, D, E, F), each 25 meters long, with 5 shooting lanes each<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cDzik\u201d range &#8211; 5 meters long, 2 shooting lanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dynamic range &#8211; 50 meters long, 3 shooting lanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biathlon range &#8211; 50 meters long, 10 shooting lanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 m pavilion &#8211; 22 shooting lanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cNeodzik\u201d range &#8211; 50 meters long, 4 shooting lanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Airgun (pneumatic) pavilion \u2013 10 shooting lanes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Each shooting range has a specific purpose, and in addition to the general rules of use, separate regulations and restrictions apply depending on the type of shooting conducted on a given range.<\/p>\n\n<p>These regulations apply to all users of the shooting ranges, including both ZKS Warszawa members and guests, as well as organized groups.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a72 General rules for using the shooting ranges<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shooting ranges may be used, after completing the required registration procedures, by both ZKS Warsaw members and non-members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minors may stay on the ranges and participate in shooting activities only with the credible consent of a parent or legal guardian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entry to the shooting range is permitted only after \u043e\u0437\u043d\u0430\u043a\u043e\u043cizing oneself with the Shooting Range Regulations and Safety Rules, confirmed by a signature in the entry logbook<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the \u201cDzik\u201d and the dynamic range is allowed only after making entries in dedicated entry\/exit logbooks for these ranges, including specifying the roles of participants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individuals who do not own firearms and use firearms provided by the range may do so only under the supervision of an Instructor or a person designated by the Instructor to conduct shooting activities. Range firearms may be used only with ammunition purchased on-site<br\/> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organized groups with their own Instructor or a certified Range Officer may use the ranges after signing a written agreement with ZKS Warsaw, specifying the terms of use, liability, and financial arrangements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of organized groups that include minors (e.g. school groups, scouting organizations, youth sports clubs, etc.), the agreement concluded with ZKS Warsaw must clearly designate an adult responsible for supervising the group<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Instructor, coach, or person conducting the shooting session is responsible for ensuring that the activity is carried out safely and smoothly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All individuals present on the range are required to strictly follow the instructions of the Instructor, coach, or person conducting the shooting. The supervising Instructor has the right to issue orders regarding the use of the range and to stop shooting at any time without providing a reason <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to comply with instructions may result in the removal of the non-compliant individual from the range or the immediate termination of the shooting session, without the right to any claims from the participant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Instructor has the right to refuse permission to shoot to any person whose clothing or accessories make it difficult to observe the shooter\u2019s behavior (e.g. scarves, shawls, earmuffs, or other items restricting the field of view) or prevent effective identification during monitoring (e.g. masks, face coverings, caps, hoods, or other items significantly obscuring the face). This rule also applies when such items are worn for religious reasons. In such cases, the participant is only entitled to a refund of the shooting fee paid at the range office  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The presence of individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other similar substances on the shooting ranges is strictly prohibited. If there is a suspicion that a person is under the influence, the Instructor\u2014or, in their absence, any other range staff member\u2014is obliged to immediately stop the activity and require the person to leave the premises. In case of refusal, the Instructor is required to call the appropriate authorities (Police, Municipal Guard, Military Gendarmerie, or other relevant services) to resolve the situation, including removal by force if necessary  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All individuals present on the shooting ranges are required to use hearing protection (protective headphones or earplugs) and eye protection (protective shooting glasses). Failure to comply with this requirement releases the shooting range staff and the range owner from liability in the event of an accident <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any person present on the range (regardless of their role) has the right to stop shooting by issuing the command \u201cSTOP\u201d if they suspect a dangerous situation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firearms not in use and located outside the shooting station (e.g. during transport or while waiting for a lane) must be unloaded and placed in a case, holster, or other appropriate container<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firearms at the shooting station, when not in use, must be unloaded, with the action open (slide or bolt in the rear position), and secured with a clearly visible safety indicator<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During shooting, firearms must always be pointed in a safe direction, i.e. towards the bullet trap\/backstop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When handling a firearm, the shooter must keep their finger off the trigger in a way that allows the Instructor to clearly see the trigger guard from both sides of the firearm. The only exception is the moment of firing, when the firearm is aimed at the target <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of range equipment lies with the person who caused the damage, the person responsible for an organized group, or\u2014in the case of a minor\u2014their parent or legal guardian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to comply with the general rules for using the shooting ranges (as described in \u00a72) or with the detailed rules for specific ranges (as described in \u00a73) may result in the interruption of an individual or group training session and the requirement to leave the shooting range premises. Such decisions are made by the duty Instructor of ZKS Warszawa <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a73 Rules for using the shooting ranges &#8211; 25 m Pavilion, ranges A &amp; B<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ranges A and B are intended for shooting with rimfire handguns using .22 LR ammunition or lower-powered ammunition. With the approval of the duty Instructor, airguns with kinetic energy below 17 J may also be used <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to their equipment, ranges A and B are destined for both rapid-fire and precision shooting disciplines<br\/><br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On ranges A and B, shooting is permitted only at paper targets placed on stands at distances of 15 or 25 meters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A standing shooting position is required on ranges A and B. In justified cases, the duty Instructor may allow shooting from a seated position <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only ZKS members who own their own firearms are allowed to use ranges A and B<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a74 Rules for using the shooting ranges &#8211; 25 m Pavilion, ranges C &amp; D<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ranges C and D are intended for shooting with rimfire ammunition and handguns using centerfire ammunition with muzzle energy up to 1000 J. The use of long firearms chambered in pistol calibers (rimfire or centerfire) is also permitted <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On range C, shooting with black powder handguns (pistols and revolvers, muzzle-loading) is conditionally permitted, using only lead balls or projectiles owned by the shooter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On ranges C and D, shooting is permitted only at paper targets placed on stands at distances of 15 or 25 meters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On ranges C and D, only standing or seated shooting positions are allowed. Shooting from a seated position is permitted only under the supervision of an Instructor <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a75 Rules for using the shooting ranges &#8211; 25 m dynamic ranges E &amp; F<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On ranges E and F, the use of rimfire (.22 LR) and centerfire (e.g. 9\u00d719 mm) ammunition is permitted, up to a maximum muzzle energy of 1000 J <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting with handgun ammunition (.22 LR and 9\u00d719 mm) is allowed only at paper targets and metal targets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting (as referred to in \u00a75(a)) may be conducted in three directions, provided that targets are positioned within the main bullet trap line or within side bullet traps equipped with rubber catch systems <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the \u201cdynamic E\u201d range, the use of long firearms chambered in rifle calibers (.223 and 7.62\u00d739 mm, up to 2000 J) is additionally permitted, exclusively for paper targets (targets, mannequins), using dedicated mobile bullet catchers indicated by the Instructor and positioned directly behind the target within the main bullet trap line <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On these ranges, only high (standing) and low (kneeling) shooting positions are allowed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting from areas beyond the firing line is strictly prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Target placement:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paper and metal targets must be positioned in such a way that proper engagement results in rounds impacting the main bullet trap or designated zones within the side bullet traps (rubber catchers). Shooting at posts, upper crossbars, or directly into the ground is prohibited. When setting targets, particular attention must be paid to ensuring that conditions are safe for both standing and kneeling positions. If this is not possible, the allowed shooting position must be limited to the one that is safe for the given target setup   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of dynamic shooting involving tactical reloads or shooting from positions other than standing, the shooter must remain under the upper steel bullet catchers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During sessions conducted by external groups renting the range commercially, target placement must be approved by the Shift Manager or the Head of the Dynamic Section. Target setup must comply with the rules described above <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum distance when shooting with handgun ammunition at metal targets is 7 meters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum distance for rifle shooting using .223 and 7.62\u00d739 mm calibers (up to 2000 J) on range E is 15 meters <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"8\" style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the case of organized training sessions, it is possible to agree in advance on different minimum distances for shooting handgun ammunition at metal targets, provided that all participants sign a relevant statement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independent use of the dynamic ranges is permitted only for members of the dynamic section and for individuals who have completed range safety training conducted by an Instructor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before entering the range, all users intending to use the dynamic range are required to sign the dedicated dynamic range entry logbook<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a76 Rules for using the \u201cDZIK 3D\u201d shooting range<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u201cDZIK3D\u201d range is intended for shotgun shooting using shot cartridges only, with a maximum pellet diameter of 3 mm and a maximum load of 12 gauge. Under no circumstances may the projectile\u2019s kinetic energy exceed 3600 J <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only shot cartridges may be used with shotguns on this range<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of slug ammunition (e.g. Brenneke or Foster-type slugs) is strictly prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting at metal targets such as poppers or plates is allowed at distances of up to 7 meters, exclusively with shotguns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting is permitted in three directions within the designated section equipped with side rubber safety barriers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before entering the range, users must sign the dedicated \u201cDZIK 3D\u201d entry logbook (located at the reception desk). Additionally, before entering the range, the shooter must report to the Instructor on duty at the 25 m range  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a77 Rules for using the \u201cdynamic\u201d shooting range<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The dynamic range is intended for the use of firearms chambered in:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>handgun ammunition (.22 LR and 9\u00d719 mm) with a maximum muzzle energy of 1000 J <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>shotguns using shot cartridges only, with a maximum pellet diameter of 3 mm and a maximum gauge of 12<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only standing (high) and kneeling (low) shooting positions are allowed, and only within designated areas as marked on the range<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting from areas beyond the firing line &#8211; especially from the central zone &#8211; is strictly prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The dynamic range is divided into the following zones:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>short-distance zone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>central zone (marked with a red outline)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medium-distance zone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Target placement:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paper targets must be positioned in such a way that proper engagement results in rounds impacting the main bullet trap. Shooting at posts, upper crossbars, or directly into the ground is strictly prohibited. When setting targets, particular attention must be paid to ensuring safe conditions for both standing and kneeling positions. If this is not possible, the allowed shooting position must be limited to the one that is safe for the given target setup   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During individual shooting sessions, targets must be placed directly in front of the main bullet trap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ricochet protection boxes are fixed structures (two units) located in front of the main bullet trap at positions A and C on the dynamic range<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of .22 LR ammunition (pistol and rifle) is permitted only when engaging targets placed near the main bullet trap, ensuring that proper shooting results in rounds impacting the main bullet trap. The use of anti-ricochet boxes is strongly recommended <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of 9\u00d719 mm handgun ammunition is permitted only when shooting at paper targets and metal popper-type targets placed within anti-ricochet boxes during supervised training sessions or competitions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During group sessions conducted by the Head of the Dynamic Section or a designated Instructor, targets may be placed across the entire range area, provided that proper engagement results in rounds impacting the main bullet trap (this does not apply to pistol and rifle shooting) <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During sessions conducted by external groups renting the range commercially, target placement must be approved by the Head of the Dynamic Section or a designated Instructor. Target setup must comply with the rules described above <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum distance when shooting with handgun ammunition is 9 meters for full metal jacket (FMJ) ammunition and 7 meters for non-jacketed ammunition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minimum distance when shooting with shotgun ammunition is 8 meters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independent use of the range is permitted only for members of the dynamic section, the western shooting section, and individuals who have completed certified range safety training. Fees for such training are determined according to the ZKS Warszawa price list <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting on the dynamic range may be conducted only by personnel designated by the Head of the Club and Shooting Range<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before entering the range, all users intending to use the dynamic range are required to sign the dedicated dynamic range entry logbook<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a78 Rules for using the biathlon shooting range<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The biathlon range is intended for shooting with rimfire rifles using .22 LR ammunition or lower-powered ammunition, airguns with kinetic energy below 17 J, and for the use of dry-fire training devices (e.g. laser trainers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to its equipment, the biathlon range is designated for biathlon shooting disciplines<br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Targets on the biathlon range consist of metal biathlon targets (falling\/closing plates)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following shooting positions are allowed: prone, kneeling, standing, and seated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In justified cases, the range may be adapted for Action Air shooting, in accordance with the rules of that discipline. During such sessions, other types of shooting are not permitted <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In justified cases, the range may also be adapted for precision shooting at paper targets placed on stands between the biathlon target units. During such sessions, other types of shooting are not permitted, except for biathlon shooting approved by the Head of Instructors, the Head of the Club and Range, or the duty Instructor <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a79 Rules for using the shooting ranges in the 50 m pavilion<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The 50 m pavilion range is intended for shooting with:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rimfire firearms using .22 LR ammunition or lower-powered ammunition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>black powder firearms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>airguns with projectile kinetic energy above 17 J <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>airguns (pneumatic devices) with kinetic energy below 17 J, including equipment used for Action Air dynamic shooting disciplines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"2\" style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the 50 m pavilion ranges, the use of firearms is permitted only when shooting at paper targets placed on stands at distances of 25 or 50 meters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting at paper targets placed in \u201cGehmann\u201d target carriers is permitted only with rimfire rifles using .22 LR ammunition or lower-powered ammunition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to the \u201cGehmann\u201d systems is granted by the Instructor, and during section training sessions &#8211; by the coach<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When shooting with airguns at paper targets and\/or reactive metal targets, targets may be placed on low stands or directly on the ground at distances from 5 to 50 meters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The following shooting positions are allowed at the firing points: standing, seated, kneeling, and prone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In justified cases, the 50 m pavilion may be adapted for Action Air shooting, in accordance with the rules of that discipline. During such sessions, other types of shooting are not permitted <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a710 Rules for using the \u201cneodzik\u201d shooting range<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The \u201cneodzik\u201d range is intended for shooting with firearms using both rimfire and centerfire ammunition. Under no circumstances may the projectile\u2019s kinetic energy exceed 3600 J <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u201cneodzik\u201d range includes firing positions numbered 1 to 5 within the 50 m pavilion. Shooting positions are organized at stations 1 to 4, labeled N1, N2, N3, and N4 <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the \u201cneodzik\u201d range, shooting is permitted at targets in the form of:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Paper targets placed on stands at a distance of 50 meters, when using both rimfire and centerfire firearms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metal targets (gong-type) placed at distances from 50 to 54 meters, under the upper bullet trap, positioned in a way that eliminates the risk of dangerous ricochets for users of the range or areas outside the range<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"4\" style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the \u201cneodzik\u201d range, shooting is permitted only from the \u201cover-the-bench\u201d position, either standing or seated on a high stool, and from the prone position at bench height using dedicated supports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before entering the range, users intending to use the \u201cneodzik\u201d range must sign the dedicated \u201cneodzik\u201d entry logbook, located at the reception desk. After completing this formality, the shooter must report to the Instructor present either at the 50 m pavilion or directly at the \u201cneodzik\u201d range before entering  <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a711 Rules for using the 50 m pavilion for black powder shooting<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Black powder shooting (CP) in the 50 m pavilion is permitted only on the left side of the pavilion (CP range)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the CP range, shooting is permitted with muzzle-loading black powder firearms (rifles, pistols, revolvers), using only lead balls or projectiles owned by the shooter. Specific restrictions and permissions regarding firearm types and shooting activities (training, competitions) may apply <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The use of shotguns is strictly prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of handguns is conditionally permitted only at a distance of 25 meters, at firing points 6 to 10. Permission is granted by the Instructor in consultation with the Shift Manager, Head of Instructors, or the Head of the Club and Range <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of long firearms at a distance of 50 meters is permitted at firing points 6 to 14<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ZKS Warsaw competitors, as part of their preparation for national and international competitions, may be allowed to shoot handguns at distances of 25 m and 50 m, subject to approval from the Shift Manager, Head of Instructors, or the Head of the Club and Range. The person responsible for preparing and maintaining the list of authorized competitors is the Head of the CP Section. The list is available at the administration office  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black powder shooting on the right side of the 50 m pavilion is permitted only with the approval of the Head of Instructors or the Head of the Club and Range<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"3\" style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Due to the limitations and infrastructure of the ZKS Warsaw shooting range, shooters may independently use black powder firearms (CP) only after completing individual or group training organized by the ZKS Warsaw Black Powder Section and obtaining a valid certificate issued by the Head of the Black Powder Section confirming completion of such training. Training fees are charged according to the ZKS Warsaw price list. Otherwise, shooting may take place only under the supervision of a ZKS Instructor (subject to applicable fees)  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medalists of the Polish Championships in black powder shooting, as well as participants of international competitions (World Championships, European Championships), and individuals holding a valid certificate confirming completion of black powder firearm training conducted at another shooting range or institution, may independently use black powder firearms after completing supplementary training conducted by the Head of the Black Powder Section or a person designated by the Head of the Club and Range<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional safety requirements for the CP range:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only commercially manufactured black powder and percussion caps may be used<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Firearms used (originals or replicas) must be in a technical condition that ensures safe use for both the owner and other individuals present at the range. The owner is responsible for the technical condition of the firearm <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loading black powder firearms directly from powder flasks is prohibited. Powder may be poured into the barrel or cylinder only from individual pre-measured containers made of materials that do not accumulate electrostatic charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Small-capacity powder flasks (max. 16 g) may be used as priming flasks when shooting with flintlock or matchlock firearms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Placing percussion caps or priming the pan may only be performed when the firearm is pointed toward the bullet trap\/backstop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During shooting, percussion caps and priming powder must be stored in closed containers resistant to powder gases and sparks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fuses or slow matches intended for firearms without a lock mechanism, or equipped with a matchlock, must be stored away from potential sources of accidental ignition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bringing loaded firearms onto the shooting range is strictly prohibited. In the case of revolvers, this also applies to additional cylinders, even if percussion caps are not installed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During loading, it is prohibited to exceed the charges recommended by the firearm manufacturer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooters are required to apply grease\/lubricant to all loaded chambers of a revolver above the ball\/projectile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the event of a misfire, the shooter must wait at least 10 seconds with the firearm pointed toward the bullet trap before taking any action to safely unload the firearm  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting at targets other than paper targets placed on stands is prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooters may leave the firing position only with a completely unloaded firearm, secured in a case<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ol start=\"6\" style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Due to the proximity of the \u201cneodzik\u201d range, it is recommended to pay attention to safety, including proper signaling and coordination when setting up and replacing targets<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a712 Rules for using the shooting ranges in the pneumatic pavilion<\/h4>\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The pneumatic pavilion ranges are intended for shooting with airguns with projectile kinetic energy below 10 J and a caliber of 4.5 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On these ranges, shooting is permitted at paper targets mounted on mechanically moving target carriers at a distance of 10 meters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The pavilion may be adapted for Action Air shooting, in accordance with the rules of that discipline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On pneumatic pavilion ranges, the standing shooting position is required.
